Self-management and rehabilation groups and clinics to maintain your health
THINK Hauora runs one-on-one and group clinics for people who have long term conditions. We offer Te Ara Rau Access & Choice mental health services, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, podiatry, nutrition and physical activity services and “MyHealth, Myself”courses.
Whānau Ora Navigation Service to help whānau to identify their aspirations

Talking and educating whānau and communities about wellbeing is our best weapon against poor mental health and addiction. Ora Konnect
Ora Konnect is an initiative for the community of the South-Western suburbs of Palmerston North to enable education, health, social and community services to use a collective, integrated system to help support whānau to drive their own health and wellbeing. Ora Konnect helps springboard community projects such as events, hui, health literacy, pharmacy access programmes and whānau and community hui.
Ora Konnect aligns the kaupapa of Whānau Ora and Collective Impact to ensure whānau and the community voice are at the centre of the project. To learn more about Ora Konnect please
