A healthy relationship with kai can help you reach your personal goals. Our THINK Hauora Clinical Dietitian Service offers one-on-one and group sessions to help you understand more about food and the impact it can have on your health and wellbeing
A supervised individual exercise programme to assist people to use exercise and other lifestyle changes to improve their wellbeing (both in energy levels and confidence).

People with diabetes have a high risk of foot ulcers and other complications. The Diabetes Podiatry Service checks how well you can feel your feet, check for any areas that may be in danger of ulceration and test the blood supply to your legs and feet. These checks are painless and non-invasive.

Our clinical team offer a number of immunisation programmes including Childhood Immunisations, MMR and the Flu vaccine. You can access these immunisations via one of our regular drop in clinics.
