3) Winner can choose between either a $100 Smiggle Voucher or a $100 Rebel Sports Voucher

4) Competition closes at 11.59pm Sunday 31st October

5) Winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date

6) Competition is not open to employees of THINK Hauora or Manawatu Rugby Union

7) A contact number or email must be provided for the entry to be valid

8) Entries can be accepted via the online form, through email, or drop off at THINK Hauora premises
