Nicola Russell

Nicola has been with THINK Hauora since 2014 after working for over 15 years as a Registered Nurse in Medical Oncology, Family Planning and General Practice. 

The GM of Clinical Quality works closely with the Clinical Directors of Clinical Services and Te Ara Rau to ensure that clinical excellence is at the forefront of THINK Hauora service delivery. Work streams of responsibility are;

• THINK Hauora delivered clinical services and associated service contracts – nursing and allied health

• System Level Measures

 

Other workstream involvement;

• Health Care Home – clinical facilitation 

• Practice Quality Improvement Plans

• Supporting the THINK Hauora Clinical and Technology Committee
