Kia ora, I am a kaimanaaki health navigator with the Here Toitū service. I have lived in Palmerston North most of my life and grew up in Ōhau, near Levin.

I have a degree with a major in psychology and I am passionate about human psychology and the mind. I have a background in social services with experience in roles as a senior family/whānau co-ordinator for Manawatū Supporting Families In Mental Illness & Addiction, Strengthening Families Co-ordinator and in Women’s Refuge.

I value a holistic approach to health, wellbeing, and treasure authentic meaningful connections with whānau to support them to reach their potential , goals, and aspirations. I look forward to working with you to reach your dreams.
